Placements24 seeks an experienced Childcare Program Supervisor to lead a flagship facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role focuses on delivering high-quality childcare, guiding curriculum development, staff training, parent engagement, and efficient operations.

You will supervise a team, ensure safety and licensing adherence, and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes for children from infancy through school age.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in childcare management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and licensing.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the childcare program ensuring safety and licensing compliance.
• Develop and update the curriculum to meet developmental needs from infancy to school age.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of childcare professionals.
• Establish and maintain communication with parents with regular updates.
