You will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safety for children, and act as the main liaison for parents and regulators.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in ECD or related management, 5+ years in childcare with 2+ in supervision, strong leadership, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Development, Education or related management field.
• 5+ years in childcare with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of early childhood education practices and relevant legislation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of childcare educators.
• Ensure the curriculum is high-quality, age-appropriate and meets regulatory standards.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling and resources.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with health and safety protocols.
