About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Process Development Engineer for a hybrid role based in Mahikeng . This position is critical for driving innovation and scaling up new chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges, optimize reaction conditions, and ensure robust, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific background, extensive experience in process scale-up, and excellent leadership qualities, capable of working effectively both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of chemical processes, focusing on reaction kinetics, scale-up, and safety.
• Design and execute laboratory and pilot plant experiments to validate process designs and gather critical data.
