Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in chemical plant ops and management.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of PSM principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day plant operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers and plant operators.
• Develop strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Oversee process safety management (PSM) programs and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Manage operating budget and capital expenditure projects.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and supply chain teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Champion environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance plant performance.
