Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of process optimization initiatives to increase yield and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of plant data to identify process bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Design and execute pilot plant trials and full-scale process modifications.
• Ensure all process changes comply with stringent safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to operations teams.
