The role requires 5+ years of experience in process engineering, proficiency with Aspen Plus or PRO/II, and a solid grasp of thermodynamics and mass/heat transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, PRO/II) and statistical analysis.
• Solid understanding of chemical plant operations, thermodynamics, and mass/heat transfer principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reaction kinetics, separations, and energy use.
