The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with unit operations, PSM, and process simulation tools, and will mentor junior engineers while supporting operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of experience in chemical plant operations, preferably in petrochemicals.
• Strong understanding of unit operations (distillation, reaction, heat exchange, separation).
• Experience with process safety management (PSM).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify deviations and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot operational problems, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and company policies.
• Participate in PHAs and safety reviews.
• Support plant turnaround planning and execution.
