Job summary

Blue Pearl HQ is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the people-change workstream for a large-scale Cybersecurity OT transformation in South Africa. You will ensure employees, leaders and frontline teams adopt new cybersecurity processes, tools and behaviours to protect critical OT environments across a major industrial setting.

Qualifications

Experience leading organisational change in multi-site industrial environments.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage change across large transformation programs.
Ability to translate technical cybersecurity content for non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
Adaptability and resilience in operational or unionized environments.
Experience in energy, chemicals, mining, or heavy industry sectors preferred.
Understanding of OT environments and how cybersecurity impacts operations.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts related to risk, controls, governance, and incident response.
Ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead the people-change workstream for a large OT cybersecurity transformation.
Develop and implement a change management strategy and plan.
Conduct change impact assessments across stakeholder groups.
Lead stakeholder engagement with site leadership and frontline teams.
Design and execute communication plans to reinforce behavioural change.
Develop training and capability-building strategies.
Monitor change readiness and adoption using assessments and metrics.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruption.
Facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions with various levels of the organisation.
Provide coaching to project leads on effective change leadership.
Ensure activities align with enterprise frameworks and compliance.
