Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Technician to oversee high-security installations across our infrastructure projects in South Africa. You will deploy and configure alarm systems, CCTV, access control and network connectivity at site locations, and perform routine maintenance.

The ideal candidate has Matric, 5–10 years in electronic security, strong networking knowledge and PSIRA Grade C, with a valid Code 8 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Experience: 5–10 years in Electronic Security Systems.
• Strong networking fundamentals are essential.
• PSIRA Grade C registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission and maintain electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms).
• Configure network connectivity and fibre/routers for remote access.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
