• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in elderly care or similar healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead care teams and coordinate with families.
• Nursing qualification and SANC registration are advantageous.
• Compassionate, professional and ethical approach to elderly care.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
