Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions in Pretoria is seeking a Team Lead & Developer (C# and SQL) to combine hands-on software development with leadership of a full stack team delivering Banking as a Service applications.

You will architect on prem and cloud deployments, drive CI/CD pipelines, ensure security best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core and MS SQL.
• Experience building microservices with RESTful APIs.
• Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership with mentoring of development teams.

Responsibilities

• Code, develop and enhance full stack applications up to production deployments.
• Lead, mentor and support the development team, manage timelines and blockers.
• Architect applications on premises and in cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into solutions.
