Job summary

Electro Mechanica (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead complex purchasing activities and supplier relationships, ensuring timely availability of products and components.

You will support inventory optimisation and collaborate with internal teams to meet commercial and operational needs, including planning, sales, and logistics, while mentoring junior buyers and shaping procurement strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a technical or product-driven business.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain workflows.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and handle procurement complexity.
• Exposure to international sourcing, customs processes, or landed cost models (beneficial).
