In this fully remote role, you will lead large-scale projects, advise on organizational design and technology adoption, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic consulting, or senior internal strategy roles.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) and change management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, performance management, and operational efficiency techniques.
