Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a Senior_Intermediate Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology, translating requirements into scalable solutions. You will work with stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists, and project teams to deliver value by leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, eliciting requirements, designing solutions, validating outcomes, and supporting adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

CBAP/ PMI-PBA or AI and data analytics certifications advantageous for senior appointments.

Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze business processes, systems, data flows, and operational requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business rules.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, architecture standards, and governance requirements.
Design and document innovative business and system solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
Support and participate in solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expected outcomes.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and customer outcomes.
Participating in AI use case discovery, evaluation, and implementation initiatives.
Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools for business analysis, documentation, reporting, and decision support.
Promote responsible and effective use of emerging technologies.
Participate in functional, integration, user acceptance, and non-functional testing activities.
Validate business processes, calculations, integrations, and system outputs.
Support successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on business systems, technology capabilities, and improvement opportunities.
Support training, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business performance through technology, automation, analytics, and AI.
Contribute to ongoing business transformation and innovation initiatives.
