• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Analyse complex organizational problems, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT departments.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered IT capabilities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
