Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience across the BA lifecycle from analysis to implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• Experience in business process analysis and modelling.

Aufgaben

• Engage stakeholders to identify needs, challenges and objectives.
• Elicit, analyse, document, validate and manage requirements.
• Analyse current and future state processes and create BPMN models.
• Develop use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and validation sessions.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and planning.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and project teams to implement requirements.
• Ensure traceability and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Maintain BA documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
