This role is critical for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and successfully implemented. You will play a key role in defining project scope, eliciting requirements, and documenting functional specifications, particularly within Agile and Scrum frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and discussions using various techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Agile/Scrum teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and QA Testers, throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and related ceremonies.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, user stories, use cases).
