What you'll do :

• Consult with various clients and stakeholders to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products/services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a consultant on projects or applications.
• Challenge business thinking to understand the intent of requirements.
• Elucidate, gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria).
• Write clear, concise user stories, epics, and features aligned with INVEST principles for agile development.
• Collaborate to build and maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of valuable work.
• Conduct product analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

• 6-7 years of experience in Business Analysis within a custom software development environment.
• 3+ years of Agile project experience.
• Formal qualification such as a B. Com, BSc, diploma, or IIBA certification.
• Experience with Scrum principles, Open API specifications (2.0 and 3.0), JSON, XML, BDD, and TDD approaches.
