Outsourcing Staffing Advantage (OSA) is a boutique BPO firm seeking a senior graphic designer with a strong branding and visual storytelling background. You will develop brand identities, craft sophisticated marketing assets, and drive cohesive branding across channels while integrating AI-powered tools to enhance creativity.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, an exceptional portfolio, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of professional graphic design experience with branding focus.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating branding systems and visual storytelling.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities

Brand identity development: create logos, color palettes, typography, and guidelines.
Develop marketing assets across campaigns, digital, print, and packaging.
Translate briefs into original design directions and cohesive branding solutions.
Explore AI tools to generate concepts and streamline workflows.
Maintain brand consistency across platforms and audiences.
Produce production-ready files for digital and print outputs.
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to refine concepts.
Stay updated on design trends and emerging AI tools.
Review designs to meet standards and project specs.
