Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our George team. You will architect, develop, and maintain robust blockchain solutions, leading technical discussions and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work setup with in-office collaboration.

You will drive blockchain initiatives, review code, and integrate new technologies while partnering with product management to align technical work with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong blockchain focus.
• Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity) and Ethereum.
• Knowledge of distributed ledger tech, cryptography and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Node.js, or Python).
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure blockchain systems and protocols.
