Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in blockchain development or architecture.
• Strong grasp of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric) and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in Python, Go or Java; cloud and DevOps exposure.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
