Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Blockchain Engineer to spearhead our blockchain initiatives in a fully remote role. You will guide a team of developers, architect scalable and secure decentralized solutions, and set technical direction for crypto products.

The role demands deep knowledge of blockchain platforms, smart contracts, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, with a track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in blockchain tech.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Deep understanding of blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, Rust, and Node.js.
