• 5+ years of experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architectures, cryptography, and distributed ledgers.
• Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Web3 development frameworks/tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js, Ethers.js.
• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
• Strong security practices in smart contract development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting.
