The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software, with 3+ in blockchain, strong Solidity or Rust skills, and solid Go/JS/Python capabilities, plus a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in blockchain development.
• Expertise in smart contract development (Solidity) and familiarity with Ethereum/Polygon.
• Strong coding in Go, JavaScript or Python; design and implement complex decentralized applications.
