The role emphasizes security, gas optimization, and collaboration with product teams to deliver scalable Web3 solutions. You will work with Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js and Ethers.js, while exploring additional platforms like Solana and Polkadot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development, with at least 3 years in blockchain.
• Proven experience writing, testing, and deploying Solidity smart contracts.
• Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js or Ethers.js.
• Familiarity with Solana, Polkadot or Cosmos beyond Ethereum.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python or Go.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts in Solidity.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with popular blockchain development frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Familiarity with at least one other blockchain platform beyond Ethereum (e.g., Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos).
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go).
• Experience with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
