Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software architecture and design experience.
• At least 5 years focused on blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience designing and deploying complex distributed systems.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, security considerations, and tokenomics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure blockchain solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Evaluate and select blockchain platforms, frameworks, and consensus protocols.
• Develop technical roadmaps, specifications, and best practices for blockchain development.
