Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture/design experience with at least 5 years in blockchain.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale blockchain solutions.
• Experience with multiple platforms and smart contract development is required.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade blockchain architectures and solutions.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for blockchain deployments.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify opportunities for blockchain integration and to define solution requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, and architectural reviews for new blockchain initiatives.
• Ensure the security, scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed blockchain solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and roadmaps.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
• Mentor and coach other architects and engineers on blockchain best practices and architectural principles.
• Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications.
