Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize experiments related to genetic modification, protein expression, and cell culture.
• Develop and scale up bioprocesses for the production of biological products.
• Utilize molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, and gene sequencing.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges in the laboratory and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

• Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related life science field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a biotechnology research or development setting.
• Proficiency in a range of molecular biology techniques and bioprocessing methodologies.
• Experience with cell culture, fermentation, and downstream processing is desirable.
