Formación

• PhD in Biophysics, Physics, Chemistry, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑doctoral research experience in computational biophysics or a closely related area.
• Proven expertise in molecular dynamics software packages (GROMACS, NAMD, AMBER) and solid Linux/Unix understanding.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Fortran for data analysis and scripting.
• Strong background in statistical mechanics, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics as applied to biological systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research projects and work collaboratively.
• Strong publication and presentation track record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced computational models for biomolecular systems.
• Run molecular dynamics, Monte Carlo, and other simulations to study interactions and thermodynamics.
• Analyze simulation data to extract biological insights and guide experiments.
