• Analyze and interpret complex biophysical data, translating findings into actionable insights for drug discovery programs.
• Collaborate closely with molecular biologists, chemists, and pharmacologists to integrate structural and functional data.
• Develop and optimize novel biophysical assays for high-throughput screening and lead optimization.
• Mentor junior scientists and postdoctoral fellows, providing guidance on experimental design and data interpretation.
• Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and patent applications.
• Manage laboratory resources and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in biophysics and structural biology.
