Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of mammalian cell lines for recombinant protein production.
• Develop and implement robust upstream bioprocesses to achieve high yields and product quality.

• Design and execute experiments for product characterization, stability studies, and comparability assessments.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in biologics development.
• Proven expertise in cell line development, fermentation, and/or cell culture process development.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques for protein characterization (e.g., HPLC, Mass Spectrometry, ELISA, SPR).
• Strong understanding of protein biochemistry and molecular biology principles.
• Experience in antibody engineering or therapeutic protein development is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information.
• Experience with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for biologics is a plus.
