Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development and/or bioinformatics pipeline engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java; C++ considered a plus.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and libraries (GATK, BWA, Samtools, Biopython).
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines.
