Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, and Bash scripting; strong Linux/Unix HPC skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for diverse datasets, incl. NGS data.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns and potential biomarkers.
• Collaborate with experimental researchers to define data analysis needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to experimental design by providing computational insights.
• Generate clear reports and visualizations for publications and presentations.
