RELX International in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Public Sector to drive revenue growth across government departments, regulators, and state-owned enterprises. You will lead complex sales opportunities, build strategic relationships, and coach sales professionals across the public-sector team.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities, requiring deep knowledge of public procurement, tenders, and long sales

• Experience in technology, legal technology, enterprise software, or information services.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coach and influence sales teams without formal authority.
• Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder engagement, and ethical selling practices.
