Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Python, C#, Go) and frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core).
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, well-structured code in languages like Java, Python, C#, or Go.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Design and manage database schemas and optimize performance (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects; participate in code reviews.
