Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Quality Assurance Engineer for a fully remote position. You will establish and maintain rigorous quality standards across the product lifecycle, from design to post-production.

This role requires leadership in audits, CAPA, and data-driven decision making. As a remote team member, you will collaborate with dispersed colleagues, develop quality plans, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while upholding IATF 16949 and ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive quality assurance/quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and relevant ISO standards.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP and 8D problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products.
• Conduct audits and manage CAPA processes.
• Analyze data, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
