• Coordinate and manage day-to-day accounting functions and processes.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management information.
• Compile and consolidate financial reporting across multiple branches and subsidiaries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Support annual audit processes and prepare audit schedules.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and compliance matters.
• Prepare and assist with tax and statutory submissions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems, controls, and financial processes.
• Mentor and support junior finance team members where required

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' accounting experience within the motor industry.
• Strong financial reporting and consolidation experience.
• Good understanding of tax legislation, IFRS, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership ability with experience supporting and guiding junior staff

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting OR Equivalent
• Professional membership or designation - advantageous
