Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant in Johannesburg to coordinate day-to-day accounting, consolidate reports across branches, and lead financial planning activities. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, tax understanding, and leadership of junior staff.

You will drive quality financial reporting, support audits, and enhance accounting controls while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' accounting experience within the motor industry.
• Strong financial reporting and consolidation experience.
• Good understanding of tax legislation, IFRS, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership ability with experience supporting and guiding junior staff.

Responsibilities
