Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on automation and control systems experience.
• Proficiency programming Siemens S7 and Rockwell Studio 5000.
• Experience with Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus networks.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial applications.
• Configure and commission automated machinery and production lines.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including control narratives, diagrams, and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.
• Program and integrate robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA) for manufacturing tasks.
• Conduct performance analysis of automated systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation.
