Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, CS or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial automation and robotics.
• Proficiency with major robot brands (KUKA/ABB/FANUC) and simulation software.
• Strong PLC programming knowledge (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Experience with Profinet/EtherNet/IP and control system integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs and technical drawings.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission robotic work cells and automated manufacturing systems.
• Develop PLC code and HMI interfaces for integrated automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic systems, PLCs, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance to define automation requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new automation projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (schematics, manuals, code).
• Stay updated on automation, robotics and control systems advancements.
• Provide technical training and support to maintenance and operations teams.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
