Job summary

Donford BMW MINI Somerset West is seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join its service team. The role focuses on accurate servicing and repairs within allocated time while upholding safety and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a Red Seal and at least two years’ post-qualification experience in a dealership, is computer literate, has a valid driver’s licence, and can work bilingually in English and Afrikaans, contributing to a premium service standard.

Qualifications

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a motor vehicle dealership, preferably premium segment.
• Ability to work in team, follow procedures and focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete servicing and repair orders efficiently and within allocated time.
• Diagnose problems, provide solutions and communicate them effectively.
• Ensure parts are ordered timely and booked to job cards for timely repairs.
