Job summary

GAP Consulting is seeking a Workshop Manager in South Africa. The role requires 3 to 5 years’ experience in an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre, with strong knowledge of bodywork, paint processes, and admin leadership. You will manage a team, streamline workshop operations, and ensure accurate repair estimates.

Experience with Dr Smash, Audatex, TMS and Vantage is essential. An Autobody Repair qualification is preferred and spraypainter experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Manager at an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre.
• Qualification as an Autobody Repairer; Spraypainter beneficial.
• Must have Admin experience and be able to manage a team.
