Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in audio production, sound design, or related fields with proven project management.
• Proven track record producing audio for diverse platforms.

• Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience budgeting and resource management for creative projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire audio production workflow, from initial client brief and budgeting to final delivery.
• Coordinate with voice actors, musicians, sound engineers, and other audio talent.
• Ensure the highest standards of audio quality, technical execution, and creative integrity for all productions.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage feedback loops.
• Source and negotiate with freelance talent and vendors as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in audio production and sound design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that may arise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
