Schroders is a global investment manager seeking an exceptional sales leader to accelerate growth in South Africa's intermediary market. The role focuses on net new asset growth, revenue generation and high-level relationship building with senior decision-makers.

You will drive new business mandates, manage a robust pipeline and represent Schroders at industry events while ensuring regulatory and AML/KYC compliance and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in asset management distribution or wealth management sales.
• Experience developing relationships with intermediary firms.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of offshore investment markets and discretionary investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new assets under management and revenue growth.
• Build senior relationships with wealth management firms and IFA networks.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from origination to mandate implementation.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting.
