Job summary

Boogertman + Partners Architects is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for Pretoria/Waterfall, starting ASAP with relocation from July 2025. The role demands strong Revit skills and SACAP registration to manage documentation, submissions, and coordination across complex projects.

You will lead drawing production, attend site meetings, and oversee quality control, ensuring client service through efficient, detailed deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Architecture or equivalent (NQF 7/8) is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• SACAP registration is mandatory.
• Advanced in Revit with certification preferred.
• Complete B+P Revit Assessment with minimum 80% score.
• Extensive knowledge of council documentation and submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce sketch illustrations in Revit aligned with the Architect’s brief.
• Produce and co-ordinate council submission documentation (SDP & Building Plans).
• Produce working drawings coordinated with other disciplines.
• Attend site meetings and perform quality control inspections.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction on behalf of the Architect.
• Build and maintain productive relationships within the project team and with clients.
