Job summary

Boogertman + Partners Architects is seeking a Senior Architect in Johannesburg to lead the design and delivery of large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects. You will represent the practice at briefing meetings and develop sketch illustrations in Revit that accurately reflect the client brief.

Qualifications

• - Masters in Architecture (M.Arch) required.
• - 5-10 years’ post-graduate experience.
• - Registered with SACAP.
• - Advanced Revit skills (certification preferable).
• - Proficient in council documentation and submission processes.
• - Strong in 3D visualization for presentations.
• - Proficient in graphic design for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects from initiation to finalisation.
• Represent the practice at project briefing meetings.
• Produce sketch illustrations in Revit and by hand to meet client brief.
• Assist with graphic design and 3D visualization for proposals.
• Produce and coordinate council submission documents (SDP and Building Plans).
• Produce working drawings coordinated with other disciplines.
• Attend site meetings to prevent delays and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain impeccable record keeping and project management standards.
