Job summary

Delta Built Environment Consultants is seeking a registered Senior Architectural Technologist to lead architectural projects from inception to close-out. The role requires advanced Revit skills and a proven ability to manage the lifecycle of complex projects.

You will coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, produce construction documentation, and oversee site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist or Professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP.
• Minimum 7+ years' post-graduation experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years' post-registration experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for technical drawings and 3D modelling.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, report writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to project close-out.
• Prepare concept designs, design presentations, council submission drawings, and construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct construction site inspections and provide technical support during implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
