Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 7+ years leading projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (V-Ray/Lumion).
• Knowledge of South Africa building codes and zoning regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to final construction documents for diverse architectural projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert design solutions.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to ensure design integrity and identify potential challenges.
