Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in sustainable architecture and green building practices.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods in South Africa .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
