Job summary

Boogertman + Partners Architects is seeking a Senior Architect in Stellenbosch to lead documentation for large-scale mixed-use and healthcare buildings. You will represent the firm at briefings, create accurate Revit sketches, and contribute to graphic design and 3D visuals.

The role requires an M.Arch with 5–10 years’ experience, strong Revit skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining impeccable documentation and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Master in Architecture (M.Arch) required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience in documentation and construction of large-scale mixed use and complex healthcare buildings.
• Represent the practice at project briefing meetings.
• Produce sketch illustrations in Revit depicting client brief accurately.
• Assist with graphic design work for presentation purposes.
• Assist with 3D visualisation of project proposals.
• Produce working drawings, co-ordinated with other disciplines.
• Co-ordinate council submission documentation, both SDP and Building Plans.
• Attend site meetings to ensure problems are proactively identified and rectified so the project is not delayed.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction independently.
• Involvement in multiple residential projects from initiation to finalisation.
• Develop and guide project team with appropriate methods and interpersonal styles.
• Build working relationships with project team and clients.
